B. Mus Composition
Anna's recent music projects include playing bass for a local pop-funk band, Motherfunkers, and drums for an Inner West funk-soul band, Night Pilots. When she's not teaching or performing, she spends most of her time in her own music production studio in Leichhardt, continually developing her music production knowledge and holding creative sessions with artists and musician friends. Since 2018, she has produced and released a number of songs with up-and-coming Sydney artists in different genres, and has also released her own music under the artist name Kaye Palm. Additionally, she likes experimenting with live looping and exploring music theory and rhythm through this medium of performance.
Anna loves to make the learning process fun: seeing students enjoy learning their instrument energizes her to keep going. Anna is passionate about the power of music and strives to share this passion with her students with each lesson!
