Noa is a very passionate teacher with a wide range of teaching experience from individual lessons with students of all ages to running school band programmes at a number of different schools across Sydney. He is also regularly involved with the HSC short course programmes at the Australian Institute of Music, helping guide and coach year 12 students with their chosen HSC repertoire.
Noa strives to make sure lesson content is both engaging and further encourages his students to be inquisitive about music. He is particular experienced in Rock/Pop, Jazz, Blues and Brazilian music and will often cover a wide range of topics in his lessons from improvisation to music theory, sight reading and how to develop a technical foundation from which his students can explore any style of music they desire.
"I strongly believe that through the study and practice of music we can learn a lot more about ourselves and how we interact with the world around us both as musicians as well as people. " -Noa-
